The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of the FIR No. 0182/2017 dated 14.10.2017, registered at Police Station Greater Kailash, Delhi. 3.

Learned counsel for the Complainant submits that the Charges have already been framed and the same have been challenged by the Petitioner, before the Court of Sessions.

Considering the submissions made that the Charges have already been framed, nothing survives in the present Petition. Moreover, whatever contentions have been raised in the present Petition, the Petitioner is at liberty to raise the same before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
