% 22.11.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which has been permitted in the vacant space in premises No. 65, village Hiranki, Delhi. Submission is that the permission granted to respondents No. 2 & 3 is against all parameters of law. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1/NDMC has put in appearance. Her submission is that the property had been booked for 03.10.2016 and a 'work stop notice' has also been issued; proceedings under Sections 343 & 344 of the DMC Act have been initiated. Her additional submission, under instructions, is that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken and taken to its conclusive end. This submission of the learned counsel for respondent No. 1 is taken on record. It is hope and expected that all actions in accordance with law shall be implemented by respondent No. 1.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
