% 21.03.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent-DDA admits that allotment letter has been issued in favour of the petitioner on 14th February, 2011. He, however, prays that the respondent-DDA be directed to issue the demand note expeditiously.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-DDA to issue a demand note to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
