% 25.10.2017 By this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, petitioner has prayed that the order dated 19th May, 2017 passed by the Family Courts whereby arrest warrants were issued in Ex. No.11/2017, be set aside.

A perusal of the aforesaid order shows that petitioner had failed to pay the decreetal amount despite several opportunities granted to him.

Trial Court has noted that petitioner attempted to delay the making payments, in terms of the directions as contained in order dated 20th September, 2016 though he had assured to comply the order.

He attempted to wriggle out of his liability of making payments.

I find no perversity in the order so as to interfere with the impugned order, in exercise of inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Petition is dismissed.
