CRL.M.C. 2340/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wishes to implead the complainant as party/respondent and submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition, if desires, as per law.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti.
