% 06.01.2017 Appellant and respondent no.1 have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 19th October, 2016. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 admits that appellant has already deposited entire settled amount with the respondent no.1. He further submits that respondent no.1 has no objection in case the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act is compounded.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the appellant and respondent no.1 before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 is permitted

to be compounded. Appellant is acquitted.

Appeal is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
