By way of this revision petition filed under Section 115 CPC, petitioner is impugning the order dated 11th May, 2017 passed by learned ASCJ, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Civil Suit No.180/2017 whereby matter was adjourned sine die with liberty to the parties to get the case revived, in view of the outcome of the partition suit. 2.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court for revival of the suit for mandatory injunction along with the prayer for restoration of electricity connection.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
