CM No. 18603/2017 The application being CM No. 18603/2017 is taken up for hearing. In the said application, the prayer of the petitioner is as under:- "In the premises stated herein above and in the interest of justice it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased toa) Direct the respondent No.1 & 2 to call for the Records of the Petitioner Institution from the respondent No.3 and accord approval to the Petitioner Institution for the academic session commencing August 2017 in a time bound manner; b) Awards the cost of this petition to the Petitioner. c) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 states that in terms of the communication of the DGT respondent No.1, the respondent No.3 would start processing the pending applications with effect from June 01, 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant states in view of the statement, no further orders are required to be passed in the application, and the same be disposed of, as such. Ordered accordingly. The date of 30th July, 2017 stands cancelled.
