% 06.10.2016 1.
This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.980/2014 under Sections 498A/406 IPC registered at PS Uttam Nagar. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably and the petitioner and Respondent No.2 are living together happily in the matrimonial home since 5.1.2016.
2.
Petitioner/Complainant is present before the Court with her counsel and is identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired CRL.M.C. 3788/2016
from her whether the matter has been settled with respondents No.2 to 5 amicably without fear and pressure. She has stated that the matter has been settled without any fear or pressure and she is living happily in the matrimonial home since 5.1.2016.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties and the petitioner/complainant is residing with respondent No.2 in the matrimonial home happily, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to maintain their matrimonial relations, FIR No.980/2014 under Sections 498A/406 IPC registered at PS Uttam Nagar and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 4.
The petition and all pending application(s) stand disposed of accordingly.
