This petition has been filed for setting aside the order on charge dated 03rd September, 2016 passed by the ASJ, Patiala House Courts in FIR No.166/2015 registered at P.S. Barakhamba Road, New Delhi under Sections 323/376/506/120B of IPC. Vide impugned order, charges were framed under Sections 323/341/376(2)(n)/120B IPC 2.

APP for the State states that the trial is almost complete and final arguments have to be heard by the Trial Court and the matter is listed on 22nd November, 2024.

In this view of the matter, due to the progress of time, no purpose will be served in entertaining the petition at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed. Pending application are disposed of as infructuous.
