% 06.09.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application for anticipatory bail conceding the background fact that the petitioner was earlier arrested and sent to judicial custody from where he was enlarged on interim bail, on expiry whereof he did not surrender, he undertaking to appear in person without further default before the concerned court and after surrendering to such jurisdiction to apply for release on regular bail by moving a fresh application before the court of sessions. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn binding the petitioner with the undertaking given. R.K.GAUBA, J SEPTEMBER 06, 2018 srb
