% 09.01.2019 Parties have arrived at an amicable settlement through Mediation Centre. Copy of settlement agreement has been placed on record. Parties are present alongwith their respective counsels, who have identified the signature on the settlement agreement. Parties undertake to abide by the terms of the settlement agreement. Counsel for the respondent submits that she would approach the Circuit Court of Loudoun County, Virginia (U.S.A.) and seek modification of the final order dated 26.07.2017 in terms of the present settlement agreement.

While the appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement, the matter would be taken up for further consideration and reporting compliance on 05.04.2019. Part-heard.
