Parties have settled their disputes in terms of the written settlement agreement dated 6.12.2017 entered into between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

This settlement satisfies the requirement of Order 23 Rule 3 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).

Accordingly, this suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6.12.2017 and which will form a decree between the parties. Decree sheet be prepared accordingly. 4.

Counsels for the parties state that parties will act in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6.12.2017.

Since the suit is disposed of before leading of evidence, plaintiff will be held entitled to refund of 50% of the court fee paid in view of the provision of Section 16-A of the Court-fees Act, 1870 (as CS(COMM) 390/2017

applicable to Delhi). Registry will issue the necessary certificate in this regard.
