O R D E R

% 09.10.2017 This is an application under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.510/2016, under Section 308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kalyan Puri.

Status report has been filed by the prosecution wherein it has been stated that the nature of injuries to the complainant and the injured persons are simple in nature and the co-accused Neha has already been granted anticipatory bail from the Trial Court on 01.03.2017. The petitioner has joined the investigation on 06.08.2017 and disclosed that Sonu hit on Madhav Mohan's head with iron rod, and the petitioner hit Deepak with danda, Sunil hit Ajay with iron punch and Neha hit with bricks but the petitioner could not disclose the name of another accused person. It is submitted by learned APP for State that the petitioners have joined the investigation and cross cases are pending between the parties. BAIL APPLN. 1097/2017 Heard.

Under these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to following conditions:- 1.

That the petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

2.

That the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available for interrogation by police officer as and when required.

3.

That the petitioner shall not try to contact and influence the complainant and other witnesses of the present case. 4.

That the petitioner shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the NCR.

The petition stands disposed of.
