No case is made out for grant of any interim relief at this stage as the Court is of the view that the petition is based on apprehensions which do not appear to be borne out by any of the documents placed on record. In particular the Petitioner has been unable to show on what basis it can be said at this stage that the Respondent proposes to set up a competing business in breach of the agreement between the parties. The Court is therefore not O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 393/2016

dealing with the other objections that the Respondent has to the maintainability of the petition.

3. The petition is dismissed.
