% 15.01.2019 Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 677/2016 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC and 4 D.P. Act, registered at police station Khajoori Khas, District North East, Delhi.

While entertaining this application, petitioners were directed to join the investigation. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and charge sheet will be filed within a period of two weeks.

Without commenting on the merits of this case, interim order of 29th May, 2017 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to bail, subject to furnishing their bail bonds in the sum of ₹15,000/- each with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
