% 17.07.2018 On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that CS No.59004/16 has already been disposed of as judicially settled and withdrawn vide order dated 10.07.2018 of the Court of the learned Civil Judge-01, New Delhi and thus there is nothing more that survives in the present petition which had assailed the impugned judgment dated 19.04.2017 of the Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller, New Delhi in MCA No.16/16 whereby the order dated 17.11.2016 of the Civil Judge-01, New Delhi in the said suit had been assailed.

In view of the copy of the order which has been submitted on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that it is a true copy thereof, it is apparent that there is nothing more that survives any further in the petition, which is thus disposed of. ANU MALHOTRA, J JULY 17, 2018/NC
