The Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.
1182/2014 under Sections 392/394/397/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC') registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar, New Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom.

None is present on behalf of the Petitioner.

Learned APP on behalf of the State submits that the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 have already been convicted vide Judgment dated 16.04.2024 and sentenced vide Order dated 17.05.2024 and they have already deposited a fine. However, the Petitioner No. 2, Mr. Tarif has been acquitted. 4.

1182/2014, which has become infructuous in view of the final Judgment already pronounced in the said case. It is hereby dismissed as infructuous. 5.
