% 12.10.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby setting aside order dated 28.09.2016 passed by the Disciplinary Authority and 15.06.2017 passed by the Appellate Authority. Admittedly, the petitioner has filed review petition dated 24.07.2017, which is pending for adjudication before the respondent. Keeping in view the fact that the review petition of the petitioner is pending, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent to dispose of the review petition filed by the petitioner on 24.07.2017 within four weeks from the receipt of this order. Needless to state, if petitioner is still aggrieved, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
