% 20.09.2018 Issue notice. Mr. Mehra accepts notice on behalf of the State. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to seek a writ of habeas corpus for production of her daughter Pinki, who went missing on 14.08.2018.
Today, Pinki is present in court. She has admittedly married respondent no.4. We have interacted with Pinki in chamber. She states that she left her parental home out of her own free will and accord, and that she got married to respondent no.4 Satish, s/o. Naresh Chaudhary, r/o. 235, GBlock, Mangolpuri.
Pinki states that she wishes to reside with her husband and she does not wish to return to live with the petitioner. The petitioner is present with her husband. Both of them state that they accept the marriage of their daughter Pinki with respondent no.4 Satish. They further state that they wish to maintain their relationship with Pinki and their son-in-law. Both Pinki and Satish also state that they are willing to maintain the relationship.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are called for in the present petition. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J I.S.MEHTA, J SEPTEMBER 20, 2018 sr
