LPA 412/2017 The appellant has assailed the order dated 18.04.2017 whereby his early hearing application i.e. C.M. No. 1451/2017 in W.P. (C.) No.5164/2016 was

dismissed. Firstly, the said order is not appealable. The next date fixed by the learned Single Judge is 20.07.2017. Secondly, the appeal itself has been filed with substantial delay.

In any event, Mr. Soni, who appears on advance notice, makes a definite statement before the court that on the next date, no adjournment shall be sought by the respondent. The said statement is taken on record. The appeal stands disposed of.
