CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR

O R D E R

% 22.08.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although he had applied for recognition of two units in the D.EL.ED course (100 seats) he had been considered only for one unit and no order was passed qua the second unit.

This position as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner is undisputed. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in similar matters directions have been given to respondent to consider the application of the petitioner qua the second unit independently and the present petition has been directed to be treated as representation. Noting the aforenoted orders passed by the Co-ordinate Benches of this court (reference has been made to the order dated 30.05.2016 in W.P.(C) No. 5017/2016; Sant Tapasvi Narayan Das Foundation And Anr vs. National Council for Teacher Education and Anr.) where a

similar order was passed; this court is of the view that the present writ petition be directed to be treated as representation by respondent No. 2 and be decided by way of a reasoned order within two months in accordance with law.

Petition disposed of.
