CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA

O R D E R

% 25.07.2018 The petition at hand under Section 482 cr. PC seeks to assail the order dated 03.08.2016 of the court of Sessions whereby the second respondent was admitted to anticipatory bail in case FIR no.525/2015 under Sections 376, 354, 498A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 of police station Subzi Mandi. It is pointed out by the counsel for the second respondent that another application under Section 439 (2) Cr. PC has also been filed before the court of Sessions which is pending. This is conceded by the counsel for the petitioner. If that be so, the petition ought not be entertained. It is disposed of with these observations. R.K.GAUBA, J JULY 25, 2018 yg
