% 06.11.2017 In view of order dated 06.11.2017 of the Acting Chief Justice, the case has been assigned to this court from the Court of Anu Malhotra, J., as she is on leave today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter be placed before the Court of HMJ Ashutosh Kumar as W.P (Crl.) 2787/2016, titled as Rahul Bhargava & Ors. vs. State is coming up on 09.11.2017. On perusal of the record, it transpires that vide order dated 22.09.2017, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice has already marked both the cases before Ashutosh Kumar, J.
