% 19.10.2016 It is not in dispute that the petitioner is in a transferable job. He has been transferred to Panchmarhi, a place to which he has joined. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that job responsibility has not been issued to him.

Let the same be issued to the petitioner within a week from today, if not already done.

In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous. The petition is disposed off accordingly.
