Today only petitioner Nos.1 and 5 are present in person along with their counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos.2 to 4 are unwell and the matter may be adjourned for some other day. 3.
Respondent No.2/complainant is present in person. She admits that in terms of mediation settlement they are living together but she further submits that she is not even aware as to where her husband is working and how much he is earning.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
