Parties shall, however, abide by the terms of the MOU"

The petitioner is present in person. The application has been signed by the petitioner as well as the Manager of respondent No.1 school. The application is accompanied by the affidavit of the petitioner and the Manager of respondent No.1 school. Respondent No.2 is the Chairperson of respondent No.1 school. In these circumstances, the prayer made in the application is

allowed.
