% 26.05.2015 Learned APP for the State submits that petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 484/2015 under Sections 363/346 IPC and 26 of The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 and Section 14 of The Child Labour (Prohibition & Reregulation) Act, 1986 registered at police station Rajouri Garden. He further submits that as on date all the offences, as alleged in the FIR, are bailable. He further submits that Section 370 IPC has also not been added till date. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application and the same is disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
