versus RAM ADHAR YADAV ..... Respondent Through Mr.Arun Birbal with Mr.Sanjay Singh, Advs.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI
O R D E R
% 18.12.2018 CM APPL. 53408/2018 1.
Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks condonation of the delay of 120 days in filing a FDR in terms of the judgment dated 01.06.2018 passed by this Court.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the FDR was required to be filed with the Registrar General of this Court within six weeks, the same could not be done for want of the required sanctions from various authorities under the Ministry of Defence. He, however, submits that the said FDR is now ready and, therefore, prays that some time may be granted to the petitioner to file the same. 3.
Issue notice. Mr.Sanjay Singh, learned counsel accepts notice
and fairly does not oppose the application.
4.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay of 120 days in filing the FDR is condoned. The petitioner is granted three days' time to file the FDR with the Registrar General of this Court, in terms of the judgment dated 01.06.2018.
5.
The application stands disposed of.
