% 13.02.2018 Review Petition No. 54/2018 1.

The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that respondent nos. 5 & 6 be restrained from selling spurious and mislabelled goods. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 has handed over a photocopy of the letter dated 09.02.2018 issued by respondent no.5 enclosing therewith the labels of the product that are currently being used. The said labels clearly indicate the name of the manufacturer. It is also not disputed that the manufacturer (as indicated on the labels) has been granted a license to manufacture the product in question.

In this view, the present application for review is unmerited. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
