% 18.09.2018 The petitioners are present in person.
The fifth respondent had indicated on 28.02.2018 that she is not inclined to withdraw her complaint case (CC No. 13/3/12) against the second respondent. The counsel for the second respondent is also present in person, on instructions, submits that without withdrawal of such other case, the second respondent is not ready to agree to the quashing of FIR No. 37/2008 of police station Chandni Mahal. The petitioners, on being asked, submitted that they are not ready to go even for the process of mediation.
In these circumstances, the settlement on the basis of which the present petition was brought cannot be taken further. Leaving the parties to raise the contentions before the trial court in both the cases, this petition is dismissed.
