% 23.12.2019 IA No.18364/2019 u/S 151 CPC moved by petitioner It is stated in the captioned IA that flat in plot no.29A, Sector 10, Dwarka has not yet been allotted to the petitioner. It is further stated that area of the same is 123.031 sq.m., whereas valuation report of the concerned Tehsildar has been given and that the area mentioned in the valuation report is 204.3867 sq.m. In view of above and at request, fresh valuation report of the flat in plot no.29A, Sector 10, Dwarka be sought from the concerned SDM. Copy of the captioned IA alongwith order of even date be also annexed with the notice.
