Learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the respondent nos. 1 to 3. Respondent nos. 4 and 5 are also present in Court and accept notice. Respondent no. 4 submits that respondent no. 6 is his son and he is not well today. Inspector Arun Kumar Chaudhary, P.S. Jafrabad is present and has identified the respondent
nos. 4 and 5. It is submitted that petitioners are also living in Ghonda but the area of Subhash Mohalla falls within the jurisdiction of P.S. Bhajan Pura. SI Shailender Kumar Singh, P.S. Bhajan Pura is also present in Court today.
Petitioner no. 2 is daughter of respondent no. 4 and sister of respondent nos. 5 and 6. Respondent nos. 4 and 5 submit that neither they nor respondent no. 6 have threatened the petitioner no. 2, who has married with petitioner no. 1 without their consent nor do they have any intention to cause any harm to the petitioners. SI Shailender Kumar Singh submits that mobile phone numbers of Beat Constable, Divisional Officer and SHO, Police Station Bhajan Pura would be provided to the petitioners to whom they may contact in case of any threat is received by them. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no. 2 to ensure the safety of petitioners. Dasti.
