% 17.09.2018 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi vide settlement agreement dated 08.06.2018. In terms of the settlement agreement, the respondent has to pay to the petitioner a sum of Rs.31,14,233/-. A sum of Rs.11,33,753/- has already been received by the petitioner.

The respondent will ensure that they will continue to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 08.06.2018. A copy of the settlement agreement is sent to the Registry for scanning to be placed on record.

The petition is accordingly disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition in case there is a default on the part of the respondent in making payments to the petitioner in terms of the settlement agreement. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
