Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by this petition the petitioner had sought quashing of the order dated 17th April, 2017 passed by the SDM Dwarka under the provisions of Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976. He further states that since the order passed has resulted in a FIR only against the respondent No.3, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take remedies in case need arises. Leave and liberty granted.
