2. There is a Master Circular No.1053/02/2017-CX dated 10th March, 2017 issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs. Para 9.3 of the said circular deals with 'Call Book Cases.' The present case appears to fall within clause (i) of para 9.3 thereof. It requires the adjudicating officer to keep the case in abeyance.
3. It will be open to the Petitioner to draw the attention of the adjudicating W.P.(C) 5170/2017
authority in the present case to the aforementioned master circular, by addressing a written communication enclosing a copy thereof.
4. No further orders are required to be passed at this stage in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of. CM No.22082/2017 is also disposed of.
