O R D E R
% 11.09.2017 Vide the present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 02.05.2017 and 09.05.2017 in I.D. No. 133/15 of the Learned Labour Tribunal, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the petition has become infructuous as Award in I.D. No. 133/15 has already been made on 14.06.2017, which aspect is borne out to be correct as indicated by the TCR placed on record received on requisition vide order dated 30.05.2017 vide which the TCR had been requisitioned for 06.07.2017. In the interest of justice, the second part of the record has been perused, which indicates that the requisition had been issued on 30.06.2017 for the TCR.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to file the petition afresh with prayer made in the present petition with inter alia the grounds seeking setting aside of the final Award.
The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed.
