% 03.12.2018 Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that this matter pertains to ICC Champions Trophy 2017 where the websites impleaded were playing the contents of the plaintiff's telecast without the authorisation of the plaintiff. As the event is over learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that she has instructions to withdraw the suit.

Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
