By an order passed today in Arb.P. 522/2017 captioned M/s MGM Realtors Pvt Ltd. & Ors. v. DLF Universal Ltd., this Court has directed the appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. In the circumstances, it is directed that the ad interim order passed by this Court on 10.07.2017 shall continue till the conclusion of the arbitral proceedings. It is also clarified that it will be open for the parties to seek further orders regarding interim measures of protection from the Arbitral Tribunal, if so advised. The respondent is also at liberty to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for vacation/modification of the said order, if necessary. 2.

The petition is disposed of.
