Issue notice. Ms. Shivali accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.
Learned counsel says that she does not wish to file a reply since she has no objection to the prayer made in the petition. 3.
The record shows that the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 5.9.2016.

Thereafter, this Court vide order dated 12.3.2018, passed in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 29/2018, granted extension of time for concluding the arbitration proceedings by a period of six (6) months. 5.
I am informed by the counsel for parties that the matter is at the stage of final arguments and that the time for making the award needs to be extended as it would otherwise expire on 11.9.2018. 6.
Having regard to the assertions made in the petition and the submissions of counsel for the parties, I am inclined to allow the prayer made before me to extend time till 31.12.2018.

Accordingly, as prayed, the time for rendering and publishing the award is extended till 31.12.2018.
