After arguments, this regular second appeal is prayed for being disposed of as not pressed but appellants claim that they being a family should be given sufficient time to vacate the suit premises. Appellant no.1 Sh. Nanak Chand Dixit is present in person and has given instructions to his counsel to make such statement.

Accordingly, while disposing of the appeal as not pressed, appellants are granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 30.6.2018 subject to the condition that appellants will clear all charges towards electricity, water and other charges payable towards local authorities with respect to the suit premises.

Appellants will also within a period of four weeks from today file an undertaking in terms of the present order and on the appellants filing the undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, appellants will not be evicted from the suit premises till 30.6.2018. 4.

The Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
