% 11.12.2018 It is stated by the respondents that the petitioner's claims for refund for four quarters have been processed and that the refund orders issued for three quarters. It is further stated that the refund with respect to the first quarter of 2014-15 was adjusted against the pending demands. In the circumstances, the petitioner shall be entitled to the interest in view of the previous decisions of this Court but subject to the final outcome of the proceedings of the appeal in the Supreme Court - Commissioner of Trade & Taxes & Anr. v. Vizien Organics [Civil Appeal No.242/2018], pending against the decision of this Court in Vizien Organics v. Commissioner of Trade & Taxes & Anr. [W.P.(C)No.10701/2016].
