% 17.09.2018 The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prays as follows:- "I. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ/Writs, Direction/Directions commanding NCTE for conducting the expert visit of the petitioner institution in a time bound manner ensuring the processing of the application before the schedule cutoff date for grant of recognition for academic session 2019-2020; and II. Pass such other or further order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case".
Ms. Arunima Dwivedi, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the NCTE/Respondent No. 1 states that, they shall constitute a visiting team to conduct the requisite inspection qua the petitioner institution within six weeks from today, in accordance with law. Directed accordingly.
