% 29.01.2016 It is stated that the respondents have allotted a new quarter to the appellant after considering the order of this Court dated 26.05.2015. Appellant's counsel requests that since the newly allotted quarter is undergoing renovation, the appellant must be permitted to continue in the occupation of the quarter presently in his possession to which respondent college does not have any objection.
