% 13.02.2019 Vide an order dated 10.09.2018 a limited notice was issued to the respondent in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two years time to vacate the premises though the learned counsel for the respondent has agreed to an year. In the circumstances, the petitioner to vacate the premises on or before 30.04.2020 and to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the premises to the respondent herein, provided the petitioner pay to the respondent the user/occupation charges @ 6,000/-per month w.e.f. 01.09.2018 till the vacation of the premises. The arrears be paid within two months from today. The future user/occupation charges shall be payable on or before 7th day of each calendar month. The electricity and water charges shall be paid as per actuals. Usual undertaking shall be filed within four weeks from today. Any violation of the undertaking shall

entail eviction forthwith.

The petition and pending application, if any, stands disposed of in terms of the above.
