1. Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs states that in view of the decision of the Supreme Court in Indian Performing Rights Society Ltd. v. Sanjay Dalia AIR 2015 SC 3479 he seeks return of the plaint under Order VII Rule 10 CPC for re-presentation to the Court of appropriate jurisdiction.

2. The plaint is accordingly returned to the Plaintiff for presentation before the Court of appropriate jurisdiction.
