APPL.11199/2015 This application for rectification is filed on the assumption that the Court had permitted Benches comprising single members to hear and dispose of the appeal before the AAIFR. A careful reading of the order of the Chairman dated 30.04.2015 - which this Court was shown, would show that a Bench comprising two members were to hear appeals ready for hearing - including those heard earlier by them. In the circumstances, it is clear that the final disposal after hearing of an appeal - in terms of the order of the Chairman dated 30.04.2015 - was to be by two members.
