% 25.08.2017 By way of this petition, petitioner is seeking a direction that the respondent / State Bank of India should be directed to consider his One Time Settlement proposal.

Learned counsel for the respondent points out that proceedings before Debt Recovery Tribunal for recovery of the amounts due from the petitioner are pending; he additionally points out that in terms of the direction given by Division Bench of this court passed in W.P.(C) 3291/2017 dated 17.04.2017 proceedings before the DRT have been stayed.

At this stage, learned senior counsel for the petitioner under instructions submits that he will make his proposal before the DRT for an OTS and his only prayer today is that the same may be considered by the DRT in accordance with law. It is ordered accordingly.
