% 24.09.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the accompanying applications, he seeking the liberty to move an application for appropriate relief before the trial court with reference to ruling of this Court in Dayawati v. Yogesh Kumar Gosain, 243(2017) DLT 117 and if need be thereafter to pursue appropriate remedies. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, granted. Dasti.
