O R D E R

% 08.11.2016 Prosecutrix, aged about 13 years, has categorically named the petitioner. She alleged that petitioner had forcibly raped her. He had also consumed liquor at that time. He slapped and threatened her that in case she came out of the house, where she was kept, her legs would be broken. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for about two years. Learned APP submits that prosecutrix has yet not been examined.

Keeping in mind the gravity of offence and serious nature of allegations, petitioner has failed to make out a case for grant of bail. Bail application is dismissed.
